- To test the product on a turnkey basis along with the development from the ground up. To bring an existing project, that has passed the internal acceptance without any defects, to the client in four months.
- To deliver two most critical modules spaced a month apart, while carrying out the works on project: News and Price catalogue.
- To guarantee the stable work of a web-portal with more than 2000 unique visitors per day.
- To ensure the safety of personal user data and ordering information.
- To implement a post-release support of a customer on any issues, arising from the end users.

Results:
- The project was delivered in 4 months, instead of 3. In two-month period three bulk modules were developed, tested and implemented instead of two, that had been planned before.
- Working hours: 1000 man-hours of test engineers.
- There were no users complaints, regarding the system performance, which can be traced back to the quality issues of the product.
- Web-portal is visited by 3000 unique visitors per day on average.
- The delivered project is listed in Rambler's Top 100 and still becomes popular.
